	Novlyn Hinson, M.A., L.P.C. Novlyn Hinson is a Licensed Professional Counselor and owner of the Renascence Center, LLC. She has over 15 years of experience in working with adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Novie does individual and couples therapy. 	Roohi Alikhan, M.D. Dr. Alikhan is a psychiatrist who completed her psychiatry residency at Howard University Hospital in Washington, D.C. In addition to the Renascence Center, LLC, she has worked on the inpatient Behavioral Health Unit at the Northern Virginia Community Hospital in Arlington. 	Michael Brenneis, Ph.D., L.P.C. Dr. Brenneis is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a certified Master Addiction Counselor. During his seventeen years in the field he has developed specializations in the treatment of addictions, compulsive behavior disorders, gender and sexuality issues, and in the relationship between mental health and spirituality.
