Center, LLC is a multidisciplinary team of health care professionals
including psychiatrists, licensed clinical psychologists, licensed clinical
social workers and licensed professional counselors dedicated to comprehensive
care of the whole person. Treatment approaches are based on integrative
methods that address the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual needs
of each client. The Center’s comprehensive approach to mental health
treatment draws from valid psychological principles, current research in
the field, and treatment specializations to confront the issues and problems
facing people today. In our stress-filled world where health care seems
to be more and more impersonal everyday, The Renascence Center, LLC, provides
comprehensive psychological, psychiatric, and counseling services in a warm,
      supportive and therapeutic environment.
        The word Renascence
(RE-NAS’ENS) means renewal, rebirth, a sense of blossoming forth.
“Renascence” is the title of a poem by Edna St. Vincent
Millay. In the poem, although surrounded by the most breath taking scenery
of mountains, woods and a bay, the poet, oppressed by the weight of her
personal pain and suffering is unable to appreciate the beauty around
her. Crying out for help, the poet experiences a renewal of all her senses
and recognizes the beauty of the life around her as if for the first time.
We choose the name Renascence Center to emphasize our
commitment to providing a caring environment where individuals, couples,
and families can find release from unwanted feelings and behaviors, and
work toward renewal in their lives. In essence, our philosophy is stated
succinctly in the words of T.S. Eliot...
      “We
shall not cease from exploration and the end of all our exploring will
be to arrive where we started and know the place for the first time.”
